They most certainly can. Narcissism is a personality disorder and we all have different personalities. It doesn't matter if you are narcisstic or not, you still can have sexual acts towards a son and daughter and that's sexual abuse!

I am sorry to hear of your problems, and I know how you must feel as my ex sister-in-law went through this some years back. The only thing left for you to do is to keep the children away from their father. If the courts insist (and they can) that the father can see the children, then usually they will demand the children will not be alone with the father. This is a difficult time for you as how do you tell your son that their father did bad things to them. You can get through this ... my sister-in-law did and she ended up marrying a wonderful guy that is most supportive and her two sons think the world of him. Usually the offender will grow weary of it all and lose interest and hopefully this is the case for you. Life isn't over for you, so keep being strong.
