Answer

anything you can give. Make sure she is not excessively active.

Answer

In your position, I would offer her some calcium supplements to help her bones. Make sure that you buy calcium in capsules which are combined with magnesium, as this helps in the absorption. Keep her away from Fluoride, including in the tap water, as this damages the bones. The best place that you can go for the calcium supplement is a health food store, as that should ensure that you do not get a synthetic version which is not easily absorbed by the body.

You could also take her to see a chiropractor because this is a spinal injury. They would probably be able to help her the most.

Calcium with magnesium would probably be a good idea. And to add to the last comment, prozac and other drugs are now found in tap water.

Answer

I just want to add a little to the part about chiropractors, a lot of people when they think of chiropractors think of popping and cracking of bones, but there are other methods such as Direct Non-Force Technique (DNFT) with no pushing popping or cracking and it has the same helpful results.
