Plan B will cause spotting or light vaginal bleeding. This is a very normal occurance with this pill. However Plan B only covers one incidence on unprotected sex. If you had sexual intercourse after this time then there is a chance she could be pregnant. You must ALWAYS use a condom. I don't mean to sound harsh but someone needs to realize that its a LOT easier for a guy to run down to the local shop and purchase a pack of condoms whereas due to your lack of protection (you should always be prepared) your girlfriend has to take Plan B pill which literally messes with her reproductive system. Long term use of Plan B can have dramatic effects on your girlfriends fertility and menstrual cycle. So please USE PROTECTION.
