In the very young conjoined heart & life lines are not uncommon, after all children tend to have a pretty direct connection to their emotions and they are not separate from their lives.
Fate lines are variable in people. I know two adults with fate lines fuzzy or faint enough as to be all but non-existent, and one other who's fate line looks marked by a hatchet (I have great expectations for him).
