The morning after pill can mess up your cycle and you may find that you do not have a period on the day you were due after taking it. This could be that it has done it's job and emptied your uterus like it was supposed to, so therefore there isn't a lining left to come away so soon after.

It might be worth doing a pregnancy tst in a couple of weeks time just to put your mind at rest and hopefully your next period will arrive on time like it's supposed to.
