I doubt it, Blood tests are almost 100% accurate. Probably 99% accurate. It could be a sign of infection like stds, hiv, yeast infection, sometimes stress, exercising etc... causes us to be late.

Bood test is for HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin), no HCG, no viable pregnancy. Same hormone that is tested for in urine Pregnancy Test.

It's not likely you are pregnant. Just worrying about being pregnant (stress) can cause your periods to be early or late. Take more precautions and be sure your sexual partner wears a condom with all the sexually transmitted diseases out there.
