The MAP will not protect you against pregnancy. You took the pill too late. You must take the MAP within 2 days of having unprotected intercourse.

However you had intercourse during your period. Because of this its highly unlikely you'll become pregnant. To become pregnant you must have a egg waiting for fertilization. This is impossible during your period. But if your period doesn't arrive then perform a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after intercourse.
