Probably not, unless it extreme. Such as doing seventy in a school zone.

I don't know how it is in any other state, but in Michigan, insurance companies look at if you have any major tickets in the past 5 years, which would be like a DUI, and if you have had any minor tickets in the past 3 years. If you have any tickets older then 5 years, then they don't count towards your insurance anymore.
