Why would the main safety go down every evening at exactly the same time?

[Edit]

Answer

not alot of info but do you have something on a timer that is coming on at that time what are you calling a main safety?

Answer

Does your hot water tank start heating at that time? Safety switches will trip, when loads are switched on, if either the active or neutral connections are interconnected with unprotected circuits.

Answer

Is your main breaker in a metal box on the outside of your house? On the west side? You come home and start using appliances, meanwhile the sun starts heating up that main breaker, and then it trips!
