its the blower motor resistor. its located under the dash on the passenger side. i think i got a new one from napa for $20. it was very simple to change. its tight under there, so its not the easiest thing to get out but its a very simple fix!

Your air condition and heat only works o setting 4 on your 1995 infiniti g20 Why doesn't it work on settings 12 and 3? My infiniti g20 1996 fan does not work on 123 but it works in the 4 speed we already check the fusesany clue?
