Why is a lot of cheese in America orange when the same cheese in Australia is white?

[Edit]

Answer

The reason is quite simple really, the cheese is dyed before the fermentation process. Some would like to believe that Americans and Canadians are considered too dim to tell the difference between cheeses unless they are different colors.
