That smell will be all or a few of the following: sweat, bodily fluids (male and female), lubricant/spermicide and hopefully latex (from the condom.) :) On a side note, it smells no matter how many people had sex or even when just one person goes it alone. :)

The answer prior couldn't be more complete. Although, I will add that if you go down on a person and it smells a little, saliva always seems to neutralize the smell after you make contact. So that's something to look forward to when going down on a girl. Don't know about how it is for girls.
I've always noticed a smell from a girl if I recently had sex with her and mixed bodily fluids (semen). But if I hadn't had sex with her for a few days and her vagina naturally cleaned out, then there is usually never a smell but shower freshness. But once again, I've found saliva to be quite a natural neutralizing agent against their various scents. - confidant
