Why does bread turn moldy and what is that mold?

[Edit]

The mold is the fungus that grows if the bread has been kept out for a long time and/or not consumed for a long time (even if you keep it in the fridge)

DO NOT EAT bread once the mold appears as it may harm you. REMOVE the bread from the fridge once it starts to get moldy because chances are that it will contaminate other food products kept nearby.
