Why do your gums bleed when you brush your teeth? |
[Edit] |
Answer
This is a result of poor oral cleansing. Your gums bleed because they are constantly weakened by the germs affecting them. Other times, it might be that you are brushing much too hard.
To strengthen your gums, find a toothbrush that has gentle bristles. While brushing your teeth, take some time to gently brush your gums. This will help remove a good amoung of the germs affecting them. Afterwards, use a mouthwash to kill off the rest of the germs. In time, your gums will be back to their healthy selves and the bleeding should eventually stop.
