It is called vasiodiolation. It is an effect of alchohol. Trust me, I know. It causes the blood vessels everywhere in your body to expand. That is why you get bloodshot eyes and feel warm after a few buds. But dotn drink in the winer to keep warm. Vassiodiolation actualy causes you too loose more heat than you gain. You just feel hot from all of the boodat the surface of the skin. You could actualy slip into hypothermia.
