It's true! they both display mockery and degradation in trying their cases as a way to temporarily raise their egos and stroke old personal wounds.

many people if they have great memories and are academically gifted, go on to choose careers that feed into their need to glorify self and stroke their egos in an attempt to make themselves feel better about themselves. They put down others to raise self.............happens all the time in every profession.
