Why did the marine otter become endangered?

[Edit]

The marine otter has become extinct for many reasons. First of all, lots of water pollution destroyes the habitat. Also poaching (hunting without permission) is done a lot to marine otters. The most important reason is that lots of humans hunt marine otters fur their fur. The fur is very tough so humans like to wear it. They can create fur clothing and also felt clothing.
