Why did George Miller create a denomination?

[Edit]

Answer

George Miller did not intend to create a new denomination. He was a retired Army officer who had served in the War of 1812 who was an atheist but felt impressed to read the Bible and, shortly after he realized Jesus was coming soon and after an argument with God, he began preaching in many churches because he was invited to speak there. He only preached in the churches but did not create a new denomination. Those who believed what he said tried to prove that the fact that Jesus was coming was true, but many were kicked out of their churches and began meeting in homes. This was the beginning of one of the largest Protestant denominations, the Seventh-day Adventist church. If you wish, go to www. adventist.org to begin researching on this topic.
