my 901/2 legend LS fuel main relay is located under the dash near the fuse box.

The relay is not near the fuse panel in a 91 coupe. It is in the panel close to your left knee when sitting. Not under the dash. Once the panel is removed (there are screws, does not just pop off), you will see the relay facing you.
