It is located on the passenger side behind the kick-panel.

Check inside the cab on the pass side about 18 inches up on the firewall.

if your talking about fuel cut out swicth it will be under the passenger side dash on the fire wall youll see it its red button on a small black box thank u john
I HAVE A 1995 FORD EXPLORER XLT and mine is located under the carpet on the passenger floor right under where your feet are close to the door and seat.. I went looking up near the dash, until someone told me it was located further back
