Open the glove box........in the rear of the dash box you will see a black cover which will pop out if pulled.....it is located in the rear upper area of the glove box.....pull gently until it comes off.....then remove the filter and replace.
UPDATE: The previous response is the location/replacement of the CABIN air filter. The ENGINE air filter resides inside a plastic housing just to the northwest of the battery. On the right side of the housing are 2 bolts on the front and back that can be unscrewed simply with a 10mm socket. Once loose, pop the cover off and slide out the old filter. Put the new filter in with the side marked UP and FRONT. There's a tiny hose on the left-side that might need reconnected when you lift up the cover.
