Kwanzaa is celebrated by some African-Americans in the United States of America. It is a festival invented in the United States as a Black replacement for Christmas because Christmas is seen by some Black people as a "White" or "European" festival.
It is not appropriate or culturally sensitive for white people to celebrate Kwanzaa but they may wish happiness on Black friends who do celebrate it.
