I dont know if you are counting with your numbers if you are using their numbers. When my team used numbers to describe the positions, then the server was #1 and was located in the back right corner. #2 was the middle back player (obviously located in the middle of the court in the back half). #3 was the back left player. #4 was the front right hitter. #5 is the middle hitter. and #6 is the setter located in the front right position.
