In terms of STDs and other diseases, YES, as these conditions have infected your partner, so survive in his/her body so that they can multiply and infect future contacts, such as you!
But, in terms of physical contact with previous partners' bodily fluids or other 'belongings', NO! The body naturally cleans itself out and when your partner takes a shower, he/she should be washing his/her genitals in order to maintain good hygiene. So, unless your partner has poor hygiene or has just had sex with someone a few hours before having sex with you, then it is unlikely you will be physically having contact with previous partners whilst having sex.
