The Plan B site claims that an existing pregnancy will not be affected, but it is always best to check with a doctor.

Answer

i mean, your supposed to take it within 72 hours so hormones or whatever may be different but i would just call planned parenthood and ask them. get the number from information

ANSWER Some people claim this causes miscarriage while others claim it has no effect. Consult your doctor. Don't trust online places and don't trust just any doctor.
