What is water made of that helps plants grow?

[Edit]

ANSWER:

Nice question by the way! Water is made of water, simple enough. Cells of plants and humans are made up mostly of water and uses it to transfer minerals, fuel, food, oxygen, carbon dioxide and waste throughout its system. Without water, the individual cell becomes dehydrated and is unable to do what they are designed to do and simply survive. When too many of these cells that are deprived die, the host dies as well.
