What is the proper way to change a timing chain on a 1990 plymouth voyager 3.3 liter engine?

[Edit]

Answer

In the past, I have found a common ground for most vehicles being this ...... You take the radiator out , then the engine fan , then the water pump, then that exposes the timing chain cover, which is then removed to expose the chain and the cam gear and crank gear that it rides on. There will be important marks on each gear which will need to be aligned EXACTLY as they were before they are removed. One important step is to disconnect the positive cable from the battery to keep the engine from accidently moving the gear positions while working on the motor.

Buy a Shop manual, it will explain everything in detail. seriously.
