In the owners manual you will find the complete instruction for doing it. If I remember correctly all you do is lower both windows. then one window at a time simply raise the window and hold the up window button for 5 seconds more and the window will reset itself so it drops when the door is open to clear the weatherstrip molding on the convertible top or the hardtop.
