Generally you start at the wheel farthest from the master cylinder and work your way closer, like right rear, left rear, right front, left front. However, I have seen certain cars that require a different proceedure, yours may be one of them Also, if your car has anti-lock brakes it can get more complicated.
In any case, I usually ask somebody to sit in the drivers seat and pump the brake pedal a couple times and then hold it down with slight pressure while I open the bleeder and close it. 3 or 4 times for each wheel, or until all the air bubbles are gone. Please check for the manufacturers recommended procedures buy purchasing a repair or service manual.
