Approximately $4 per 36mg 1-a-day pill through normal pharmacy or legal online websites. This drug is Schedule 2, meaning a new prescription must be written every 30 days. Check with your insurance, doctor, and local pharmacy before deciding. Many Insurance companies have a "Brand Name Drug Copayment", meaning you must pay extra for any brand name drugs, including Concerta. No generic version is available currently as there is still a patent on the drug. If price is an issue, research Ritalin and it's generic versions, although these are not 1-per-day drugs.
