7th Heaven had 11 seasons and 243 episodes from August 26, 1996 to May 13, 2007

Frasier had 11 seasons and 264 episodes from September 16, 1993 to May 3, 2004

Cheers had 11 seasons and 269 episodes (+2 specials) from September 30, 1982 to May 20, 1993

"Law and Order began its 18th season in January 2008; it first aired September 13, 1990. TV.com calls it the "second-longest running" drama; I believe the "longest-running" referred to must be Lassie, which aired for 20 seasons, beginning September 12, 1954. My information is from:
