As per the Indian Constitutions under Article 21 protections of life and personal liberty, no person shall be deprived of his personal life and liberty.

And if anybody attempt to commits sucide and he does not sucess in it. he will be charged under sec. 511 of I.P.C. And moreover it is against nature.

There is no US law or statute state or federal that prohibits suicide. There are laws that prohibit assisting in a suicide.
