What is the best recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies that are moist and chewy after they have cooled?

If your chocolate chip cookies are getting a bit hard after they cool, just place them in a tupperware container with a slice of bread. The cookies will soften by drawing the moisture out of the bread. It's not a recipe, but I use it everytime I make cookies and it works like a dream! Enjoy your soft cookies!!
