When you are researching a niche, make sure that you have at least 10,000 daily search results for all the keywords within your niche and less than 500,000 competing sites.

Promote only products that deliver real value to your customers you can do this by buying it yourself or by researching reviews on the product checkout sites like ripoffreports.com and see if there is any complaints on the product or the company if so, stay away. Another factor that'll determine your success how well you pre-sell the product on your site or blog.
