This oil is made from the sundried leaves by distillation and is grown all over the world the essential oil is highly toxic in high doses and should be used sparingly it is very good to ease aching joints and rheumatism by adding a few drops to your bath which is also great for nervous exhaustion if you lie back in it for fifteen minutes if you perspire a lot it is very good if you add five drops to a cup of water and applied to the particular area of the perspiration a few times a day and the same solution is very good as a mouthwash to reduce bleeding gums and prevents gum disease
