What is in flower food sachets from a florist?

[Edit]
There's sucrose, an antifungal, a commercial acid and filler. No you can't make it cheaper at home, the antifungal is rather expensive. As a florist I use it by the gallon, and it costs me about $30 a gallon. Of course, I treat A LOT of flowers!
