What is good in a spinach salad?

Spinach salad can be quite drab, so it's best to dress it up with a nice lemon dressing, or try adding grilled chicken, walnuts and dried cranberries. Orange segments are wonderful on it, too, along with slivered almonds. Yum! You may also had fresh strawberries, and sliced grapes for a nice summer salad, tossed with a light balsamic vinegar dressing. Or you can make a Warm Spinach Salad, and lightly toss it in olive oil, topping it with warm grilled chicken. In short, there are many ways to "Kick it up a notch!" BAM!
