You contact your local EDD office of equal empoyment. And tell them you are working for free. If you have been terminated and havent recieved your moneies, then you let them know (your employer) they have 72 hours to come up with your last check.Its the law where Im from. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.Dont work for free and dont let some fool push you around.
