It really depends on the guy. Your average guy will think to himself, "Oooh, wasn't that fun?" and discreetly pretend that nothing happened.

A bad boy will probably fantasize about it a bit and maybe even make somse sort of suggestive joke about it that will embarrass the .

A good boy will quickly turn away and say "Whoa," or "Look out," or some such thing that will gently warn the that she'd better correct the wardrobe malfunction. In most cases, even good boys will think along exactly the same lines as an average boy; but there is always a rare gem who purposely attempts to divert his thoughts. I have a friend who turns away and tries to focus on something blue in his line of vision in order to get his mind off something that he has seen but really shouldn't have.

Keep in mind, men are visually wired. It is natural for certain sights to trigger certain thoughts.

It's pretty simple actually. Most pig headed guys will probably think that they are extremely lucky, and will probably try to take advantage of it.
