the actual event won't be posted until a later date, probably 2009 for Japanese, 2010 for us. Because of the 12th movie, hint hint, which should include Arceus and Heatran. But it's an event that has yet to be released. So with that saying, I won't encourage Action replay but unfortunately it's the only way to get it. Arceus is a great pokemon, the single strongest pokemon if you EV train him. Great stats, great moveset, and like mew can learn any TM or HM. Happy playing.
