8732 is his clothing line - it WAS going to be called "USDA" at first, but the USDA heard about it and he had to change it to avoid conflict. He said he didnt want to completely change the name, so in remembrance of the beeper days when people sent messages by using numbers, he renamed his clothing brand 8732. If you look on your phone, 8732 are the same numbers you would use for "USDA".
