What does o-ren mean in japanese?

[Edit]

Answer

Knowing the name alone in romaji is not enough. Most names have multiple meanings, but through their kanji you can tell which one. If you can get ahold of the kanji, you can then translate that. In Japanese, you usually use the O first as an honorific addition to a words, but not proper nouns.
Did you mean:
Oden is a food dish
Noren is a door hanging
