Decreasing HCG levels usually means your at risk of losing the baby but the levels always stay down in this case. Levels that go back up again, could be because the baby was sleeping and wasn't moving around much and the HCG levels lowered slightly. But see your doctor to find out for sure. It should be investigated anyway.
