What do you if you have a problem with service from an Internet florist?

[Edit]

Internet Florist Problems

Here's advice from the FTC, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

Your first step, of course, is to try to resolve the problem with the florist. Call their customer service number and describe the problem. Many Internet florists will work with the local "filling florist" to fix the problem or refund your money.

If this fails, and you paid with a credit card, call your credit card company. If your flower arrangement was never delivered you can dispute the charges with the card issuer.

Finally, if your problem is not resolved, contact the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC works to prevent fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practices in the marketplace and to provide information to help consumers spot, stop and avoid them. Even though they cannot get your money back for you, you'll be helping future consumers. Visit ftc.gov or consumer.gov, or them call toll-free at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357).

For quality problems, some florists will return your payment! such as: http://www.mycnflower.com.

Some florists states that if any quality problems, they will 100% return payment. For the purpose to earn a good reputation!
