I think I remember Qualified Health (another discount card) having one provider in Anchorage, AK. But QH is much more expensive than Ameriplan (AP) (e.g., QH $4 a day for a family, compared with AP $19.95 a month per HOUSEHOLD-which is awesome with the huge variety of 'living' arrangements nowadays).
