I wouldn't. But I wouldn't say creation in the biblical sense happened at all. But that's a matter of belief.

The word 'creation' means 'to bring in to existence' or 'to come in to being'. The act of creation began with the heavens and the earth to provide a living space for the dinosaurs.

The Bible says the God created dinosaurs during Creation, on the 5th and 6th days. With aquatic dinosaurs being created on Day 5 and land dinosaurs being created on Day 6.
Dinosaurs would have to be subject to creation to begin with for them to even be on the Earth. However I also don't believe in the biblical sense of creation so I guess it's a confusing matter...
Dinosaurs couldn't have been here if nothing was created so...creation
