In order to ascertain all of the placements, houses and risings of your star chart it is necessary to have the date of your birth. Year, Month, Day, Date, and exact time.
Then you need the location of your birth. Country, State/Provence/etc. City, Building (if you have the longitude and latitude you are cooking with gas)
Then, contact a reputable astrologist and have them draw up your chart.
This chart will not change through out your life so it is only necessary to have it done once, but I know of no one who does it for free.
