Early on they are the same as pregnant with one. I had fewer early symptoms with my twins than I did with my singleton.

Later on you tend to be bigger and nore likely to have heartburn, hemorrhoids, high blood pressure etc.

Funnily enough although I have a history of back problems I had not trouble in my twin pregnancy, though I suppose I was extra careful.

Just like any pregnancy, each one can be different. I found myself to be a lot more lethargic with the twins.
