I am seeking an answer to this as well. My mother-in-law, who directs a pregnancy center said all my symptoms point to pregnancy. I have done some internet research and the chances are small, but do exist, of getting pregnant after a tubal ligation. You should go get a professional pregnancy test, and maybe even an ultrasound to rule out a tubal pregnancy, which can kill you. Remember, better safe than sorry :)

If you have a had your tubes tied you shouldn't be pregnant.Tubal pregnancy(ectopic pregnancy) is extremely high risk for you,and you need to see Dr. ASAP.Slight pain in your side can be symptom of ectopic pregnancy & can be fatal.You need to be checked to make sure if you are pregnant,babe is starting where it is supposed to & not in your tube.
