It is hilarious to think that would be any educational requirements to become a professional footballer. No education is required and Soccer talents rarely waste time attending college (unlike the U.S.) there's no Draft whatsoever and no requirements. However there are regulations issued by FIFA that prevents clubs from signing talents from different continents before they are at least 15 to 16. However. In some cases very young talents are offered to go to school and take a basic education along with playing football. Most clubs are required to give promising youngsters the oppertunity of taking an education.
